Upon invitation i was able to witnessed the Grand launching of Elements Hall @ Rallos last March 3, 2018.
They allowed me and my fellow bloggers to tour at the whole place, taste their foods , desserts and coffee specialties.
Elements Hall @ Rallos is a new food nest with a promising variety of delicious quick eat food and drinks conviently you may find in one place.
This food nest is a 2 storey building w/ enough space to accommodate each of their tenants costumer, very pleasant place, with a wide parking space and securities.
Such an attractive place with inviting vibes that makes you feel relax while enjoying your food or drinks.
Overall, 11 Tenants includes 18 Days Coffee Roasters, Clucky's, Gelato Lab, Bibi-Waf Bibingka Waffle, MangMax Big Belly Lechon, Red Pineapple Restaurant, Don't Tell, Twa Pak To, Nina's SweeT Delicacies, Cold Deli Beer and Mantaro.
Let me give you some ideas about the different establishment you must visit and enjoy a dining-experience here in Elements Hall @ Rallos.
*18 DAYS COFFEE ROASTER*
At 18 Days is a meet-up place that good for 60 person. It is located at the Picnic Grounds, 2nd floor of EH@Rallos. Compare to ordinary cafe or coffee shop, here at 18 Days you can create your own blends and roast your own coffee using a Philippine patented Air Roaster.
They strictly encourage everyone to use Philippine Coffee . That's why 18 Days coffee roaster is now an on demand Coffee Roasting Facility. 18 Days will truly serves you the best Philippine Coffee.
*CLUCKY'S*
Most of us, Filipinos really love Chicken. That's why Clucky's offers a twist to the traditional fried chicken we all know love. Serving us their crispy chicken outside and juicy on the inside.
With boast of wide selection of sauces for our favorite chicken. Clucky's sauces are the combination of traditional Western sauces like Barbecue and Asian sauces like soy garlic.
So don't worry cause there's a sauce for everyone! They also offers different side dishes to complement your chicken including House Salad, Parmesan Fries, dirty rice, and torikatsu chicken burger.
*GELATO LAB*
Create all-natural,high quality gelato without relying on artificial flavors, dyes or ready-made mixes. They also put real fruits on mixes and make their own nut pastes. And to maintain the freshness and quality of their gelato, they used to churn gelato's in small batches.
Gelato Lab do believe that customers deserve only the best, the creamiest, the most flavorful gelato that's carefully made without skipping on ingredients.
Additional, they also accept requests or ideas for custom-made flavors.
*BIBI-WAF Bibingka-Waffle*
Located at the 2nd floor of Elements Hall @ Rallos. Bibi-Waf is a combination of our favorite Pinoy bibingka with the American-style waffle.
There are 3 kinds of Bibi-Waf:
Sweetie Bibi-Waf with our Special Frostings, Bibi-Waf Sandwiches and All-Day Breakfast Offers. And also Demil Tablea from Davao City is available here at Bibi-Waf.
Bibi-Waf is one of my favorite here in Elements Hall @Rallos. It has a mild, fresh taste w/ pure, smooth and sweet aroma flavor. Bibi-Waf is the result of easy at the same time creative making of Bibingka and Waffle.
Truly, it is perfect for those serious waffle eater and at the same has a strong craving for traditional bibingka rice cake. We considered both as favorite snack that's we can't get enough of this yummy combination.
*MANG MAX BIG BELLY LECHON*
What makes Mang Max Big Belly Lechon different to others ? I think the lechon here is full of flavor and the aroma will truly boost your appetite.
Plus points for the crispiness of the lechon's skin. This kind of lechon is really satisfying even your order is -regular or spicy.
* RED PINEAPPLE RESTAURANT *
It's a Chinese dim sum place that brings traditional Cantonese flavors for their customers. What makes their dim sum special is that they are hand made and made with only the finest ingredients.
Red Pineapple's specialties range from siomai to taipao ( extra large siopao). Guaranteed this restaurant will serve you delectable dim sum creations.

I really love their specialty Eurobake Inipit a well-known sweet delicacy of Malolos, Bulacan.
I can't forget the yummy taste of Inipit that i almost ate 4 pcs of this flat sandwich pastry. It is smooth and soft with an equally creamy and sweet taste. Nina's store was so classy and impressive.
You will love not only this one of a kind Inipit but also their pasalubong like ensaymada, pastillas, chicharon and many more.
*COLD DELI BEERy*
A cool place to hang-out and chill with friends.
It offers variety of Pinoy's all time favorite street foods like delicious BBQ, Liempo, isaw , tenga etc. that is best to combine with an iced cold beer.
*MANTARO*
Bringing us the South American vibes here is Mantaro. It will make you a great experience with the Original Peruvian Cuisine.
There's Arroz con Mariscos , a Peruvian take on Spanish Seafoof Paella or mixture of shrimps, mussels, squid. Another dishes is Ceviche de Pescado , a raw fish marinated in citrus juice spiced with red onions and aji Amarillo ( Peruvuan yellow chilles. )
